Updated:   Published

Hey guys! I'm starting this thread for the Winter 2025 Cohort at UCLA. Hopefully we can update each other on application processes, interviews, and job offers!

The application opened up today 09/06! Good luck to all of us ❤️

same here 🥲 Did anyone get an interview invite for Oncology at West Valley? I don't think I see anyone here yet that has so hopefully they haven't reached out yet.

I also applied for Oncology at WV but haven't heard anything from them yet 🥲

Hopefully there's still hope and we'll hear something by next week 🥹🤞🏻

I applied to geriatrics unit, did you receive a scenario question? or any tips you can share?

Hi! yeah actually I was asked what I would do if my patient was AOx4 earlier in the day and is now AOx2

Got an invite for PICU RR earlier today, good luck everyone!

do you remember how many interview slots were open? Congrats! I'm still hoping I'll hear back but getting discouraged. Which date did you send in your application?

Thank you! There were two slots left yesterday, I applied on 9/6. Best of luck!

I applied on 9/6 I haven't heard anything back yet, do you guys think they are still sending out invites?

I checked my application status and it says "in review".  So don't lose hope yet folks. Hang in there and good luck to all of us

It is unfortunate but looks like majority of interview invites have already been sent out. They stated that they were holding interviews in November, so I would say give it until the end of the month. Of course, there are exceptions but considering how many applicants with similar qualifications the odds become less likely.

Thank you ! This is helpful! I'm trying to prepare as much as I can for the interview.

Has anyone hear from medical ICU or adul ICU? I'm losing hope but I remember last time they send me the invitation on the 20th so there's still time

Yeah, on October 7 for adult ICU santa monica. All 12 spots are taken

would anyone know how OR New Grad schedule would be like, and would the permanent schedule be 5x/week?
