based on last cohort, as well as my experience ! I got my invites later in the month for last cohort and I was able to get an offer for a position at the end, but also much later as well. It's still early in the game, don't give up yet! :)))

Oh wow! That gives me hope, I'm getting discouraged. I applied to peds onc and PICU. Seems like interviews were already sent out for those units so I was pretty bummed. Hopefully that means I can still get an interview. Thanks for the response 🙂

usually, they will try to fill up other units as well, so you might get invites for ones that you didn't apply to

Do you know if once the send out interviews for a specific unit that means they're done interviewing? Or do they sometimes add spots later on

I'm not too sure, but I've heard people getting interview for the same unit weeks apart, so it might be depending on their need. And sometimes after rejection, if there is still open slots from candidates that declined their offer near the end, they will reach out again to available candidates.

I really thought I would get the position in the geriatric unit because the managers really liked me and then in the second interview with the staff I felt  that they really thought I would be a good fit. I believe interviews for Main OR went out. I got one for Main OR SM. I am not sure about Main OR at RRMC.
