majesticredcongrats! where are you moving from? where is wv? did you have any previous icu experience? what do you think you did during the interview that made you stand out?
I am moving from the state of wv...the east coast....I did my leadership rotation my senior year on a ctu and I work as a nurse aid also. Not sure if i did anything special to stand out I just was being myself. I think a lot of people are finding themselves too worried about perfection. You just need to be able to think critically work as a team and communicate. most managers can sense that immediately. my advice is to just be yourself.

hahah me too... I'll have a dream that a decision has been made, but it never leads to me finding out, and I just wake up and check my phone... first thing I ever do in the morning nowadays -_-
