UCLA's application for their new grad residency program opened today so I thought I'd make a forum where we could all chat & support each other through the stressful process. Good luck to everyone who applies!

Anybody hear anything back from Neuro/trauma ICU? Still waiting....

Still haven't heard from Neuro ICU....

For those that got selected, or anyone that can answer, Did the status change on your UCLA application page?

Mine still says, "Routed to Interviewing Supervisor"

I interviewed December 2nd. SO.. there has really been only like 4 business days since then... Guess I'm a little impatient....lol

I interviewed for psych on November 15 as well and have yet to hear anything back 😓

Hi,

For those who have received an offer call, how long after the call did you get an official email?

I received a call on Tuesday from the unit director offering me the position, but have not gotten any emails yet.

Hi @Jennj1 ! I am just like you. I received a call Wednesday AM from the Unit Director and have not received the written email offer yet. I called HR Today because I wanted to inquire about it. The talent acquisition recruiter informed me that even though offer calls were made this week by unit directors, there are 150 new graduates in the Winter 2017 cohort, and that we should be receiving a follow up email today or Monday 5PM latest! She told me that all the recruiters had split up the work load of emails being sent out as there are 150 to be sent out and are currently still working on everyone's email written offer. This is for those of you who have a received a call this week and are still waiting for a follow up :) Don't worry and congrats to everyone!

have all calls been made? i have not heard back. i interviewed for OR

No, they said not all calls have been made! She said specifically for OR, you would hear back by the end of next week unfortunately, BUT that is because your interview dates were later in November = later hiring process timeline. Do not worry! Fingers crossed!

I had an interview for GOU Dec 1st, so does that mean even more waiting? :(
