Good luck! You got this 🥹 They only asked me behavioral questions. They started the interview a little late, but my interview lasted about 25 minutes

Good to know, thanks! 🙂Did they ask any details about clinical experiences or just said in clinical rotations for behavioral questions?

I just did my interview for the OR, they only asked me one question and then debriefed about the position and commitment. I'm extra nervous now 😭

Good luck! 🍀

do you mind sharing with us what they debriefed about? Did they tell you how many people they are hiring for the OR?
thank you!

Yes ofc! And thank you 🤍

they mentioned the commitment of being on call, shift availability, both night and day might be available on a first come first serve. 6:45- 3 or 2-11. Also mentioned how the program would look like and time off and on floor!

I interviewed w liver transplant and was told at the end about the unit and commitment. Did that happen w everyone's interview today?

Didn't interview same floor but the OR did break down the same stuff for me

Did they say how their interview went? Like scenario based questions or personality mainly? 🙂

okay sounds like it's a common thing! I'm so nervous because one of the interviewers was so serious the entire time. it really threw me off 😥

Could someone email them to inquire about when they will be sending out offers or results? I emailed them last week but haven't received a response.😭

I'm not sure if it's unit specific but during my interview she mentioned by next week if not latest by the first week of June!
