My friend is a new grad RN from last cohort at UCLA. She works on Liver Transplant Unit, and she told me her interview was more about her personality. She did not have any clinical questions.

they asked for an introduction this is where you sell yourself! Give them details about who you are and what work/academic history you have ,asked me questions like why I chose UCLA & why the OR?
Tell them about a time I saw patient safety being affected, How I prepare myself for work, asked what role I played in any team project, and that's it. Literally it took like 11 minutes
Thank you so much!! Unfortunately I saw this too late but you were so right I expected it to take longer.

Right! Well good luck to us both!
Did you ask when they'll let us know? I forgot to ask when they would reach out to us!
the interview was so quick that any questions I had went out of my head!

Just had my interview with SM Med Surg/Telemetry! It lasted almost the entire 30 minutes.
They asked: Tell me about yourself? Why Med Surg/Telemetry? Tell me a situation where you made an impact on a patients life? Tell me a situation where you prioritized a patients safety? And then they asked me 2 clinical questions.
They told me that I should be receiving an email from HR by next week. Hopefully that's a good sign (-':
