Do you get that message when you click on the onboarding tab? And it has info w the visual timeline etc?  I think that has been there for everyone because when I go to the same page from incognito mode logged out, I still get the same message and info.. ?

UCLA

I also got an offer yesterday. Is anyone familiar with the rotating shifts? Has anyone had this explained in how this works? My offer says I will work nights and/or day/night rotation which is worded oddly. Seems pretty intense to ask us to do both ?

Anyone hear from SM 4NW?

Anyone with a second interview scheduled/completed?

I got an offer! Wish I could respond to your message but I don't have enough "quality posts" to message people privately LOL

Yeah so basically the way it was described to me was that while we are training as new grads we will have shifts that are during the day as well as night. They won't be rotating back to back shifts but rather you'll do a chunk on days and then on nights. This is so that we are exposed to the different things nurses do on each shift. At least for my unit once the new grad period is done I can choose to remain on a rotating schedule (ex: 2 months day, 2 months night) or go full time nights.

I think this depends on the unit but from how they explained it in my interview, I will be doing both days and nights during my orientation but when I'm on my own, I will only be night shift.
