UCLA Residency Applications Now Open!

I'm posting this as the UCLA Health applications open up today for Summer 2023. Want to have a chance to connect! 

Are many units requiring second interviews? Curious how this works...apparently it's with a panel of nurses from the unit?

The unit I applied for isn't requiring a second interview & I know someone else who interviewed for med-surg & they also don't need a second interview. We both had a panel of 3 people for our interviews. The hiring manager of the unit is one of the people on the panel.

I know a few others besides myself who interviewed with RR units who are not requiring a 2nd interview. Those of you who were told you needed a 2nd interview, did you interview for a SM unit?

Yea this was for a SM unit specifically. Regretting choosing to interview at SM rather than for the unit at RR now LOL

I just did my interview today for the ED they didn't mention when we should expect to hear back :/

Did you interview with RR or SM? Did they mention if there was a second round interview?

no but it should be for RR because that's what it said in my email and no second interview

Congrats on your interview being done! What kind of questions did they ask if you don't mind me asking? very nervous!
