UCLA New Grad Program Winter 2016

Published

Hi everyone!

The application for the new grad program at UCLA for the Winter 2016 cohort opens today. Finally! It feels like I've been waiting in anticipation for so long. Any other hopefuls applying for this cohort? I figured I'd start a thread so we could update each other on the status of our applications and such... I know I've poured over many threads from the past cohorts to try to get more info!

Good luck everyone who is applying!

Did anyone apply to peds as their first choice? I applied for peds, perinatal, and OR. I'm still waiting on a status change.

I did- no change in my status yet either. :(

Anyone with the choice of Med-Surg, Tele or Geri changed the status to "routed to interview supervisor"? not for me yet. So nervous and feel no hope for myself.

No changes for my status. Oh well, I'm an out-of-state applicant, so I am not banking on it.

I applied to PEDs only! PICU, hem/onc, acute care. All about the kids :)

Yay rerouted to interviewing supervisor! Good luck everyone!

Hi RN_99. was PICU your first choice, or pediatric acute? Thank you?

Does anybody know how soon they notify about interview dates after the status change? I'm getting anxious to book my flight!

Yes picu was my top choice! what is yours?

According to last year's feed it says around Nov 6th interviews started to go out so hopefully we would hear sometime this week if we did indeed get interviews. I keep checking my email and this thread non-stop!

Same here! Haha. Fingers crossed for all of us who've yet to see any changes!

Peds acute was my first choice and my status just changed this evening to routed to interviewing supervisor. Just wanted to let all the peds people know! Good luck everyone!!
