Strong letters of rec
Strong personal statement/statement of purpose. I didn’t do so hot during undergrad before nursing school, so I explained how I took it as a learning experience and how I’ve improved

I applied with 3.8 Nursing GPA, 2 years of experience in the ICU/step-down/floor, strong letters of recommendations, and medical missions/volunteering. I also spent a lot of time on my personal statement/statement of purpose. I think it really helps to be able to know why you want to pursue a certain specialty based on your experiences.
