Hello everyone! I just wanted to start this small thread for anyone applying to the UCF FNP program for fall 2020. I am finishing up my BSN from UCF in December and from there I will be taking my GRE around December as well and submit everything I need to! If anyone has already been accepted from a previous year and is just lingering in this forum and don't mind helping anyone that have any questions please do! I'm excited to start this new journey. Feel free to post any stats or if you've applied previously and we're not accepted, or just anything that you think would help everyone here. I have no clue or insight on the acceptance rate , how many people are in the program or how hard it is to get in
Stats: AA RN GPA: 3.2
BSN work: 3.93
Overall GPA: 3.55
No GRE stats yet
Also, I'm an ER nurse in the central florida area and would like to stay in the ER as a ENP/FNP it's my home.

I’m not sure what they calculated for my GPA because I went to UCF previously and got a Bachelors in Health Sciences, then went for my ASN at another school (GPA was around 3.5) then went back to UCF for my BSN (GPA about 3.95). My GRE was 308. I have one year and 8 months experience as an RN, but have worked in the healthcare field for over 10 years. Not sure if this matters but 2 of my references were nurse practitioners with doctorate degrees.
Also, I submitted my application on 1/23 and was accepted into the DNP-FNP concentration.

So they send out emails for a few days for each track or do they mean the selection process isn’t over because they still have more tracks to do? Also do you know if we need to be looking in our personal emails for it? I wonder if they say if we’re denied or not accepted also.

Mine came to my personal email because that is what I used to submit my graduate application. So whichever email you used, that is where they will notify you ?
