Good to know about UNF I will check out their site. I am scheduled to go to UCF's info session today. I can't apply until i have Chemistry done and I am taking it starting 1/11/10 so I might try and apply to the Daytona/Cocoa campus if possible. Good Luck!!!
you can apply I asked during the info session. glad I gave it a shot and drove up to Orlando last month. Just need 3 sciences regardless of what it says on there website for the accelerated program.
Hello! I am applying for this summer too. The wait is tough!
You applied anywhere else? I have a good feeling about the two I applied two. If things go sour I will try my alma mater USF but not FSU (next start is spring 2011). Good thing about USF they let you take patho before the start of the program but at FSU it is required for entry.

I am also applying to UF, UNF, FAU, and USF. I haven't submitted the USF app yet though as it isn't due until March. I feel ok about all of them, but also unsure at the same time as they don't really publish information about acceptance rates etc. The most information that I've gotten is from UCF when they said at my info session they get about 200 applicants and about 60 get in. I am a current undergrad at UF (graduating this semester) so I am hoping to get in there. It will just make things easier if I don't have to move, but I will be happy if I just get into one!

If UF would of kept there May start date I would have applied. I was not too happy about the GRE thing any whoot. FAU deadline came around too quick for me. Just FYI, You can't apply to USF until all classes are done.
I am applying and have requested all my transcripts, I did decent on the Teas test with an 81. Undergrad gpa 3.37, pre req 3.83. Still Phys and Chem left but it should be really easy. The application is available this week until Jan 16(I thought the deadline was Jan 15 weird).I went to the info session last month it was a bit of a pain :angryfire to sit through just to get the application passcode because of all the redundant you should do some research if your serious questions lol.
I am excited and hope to get in to move forward with my life goals of community health nursing.
I am also applying to UNF's program too. Their website is really detailed with everything I ever wanted to know. One of the few schools that have their stuff together.
I applied to the accelerated program for 2010-2011 as well. My undergrad GPA was 3.643 and my pre req is 3.875, I got an 80.6 on my TEAS score which I wasn't too happy with. I am currently taking DEV. Psy, and A&P II.
Do you remember in the info session how many they accept out of how many applicants? This was the only school I applied to and if I don't get in I was going to apply to Florida Hospital...I own a home here so I don't really wanna move somewhere and rent a place.
