My application got moved yesterday to routed for further consideration for the ORTP. Fingers crossed!

Same

Hopefully we'll all hear very soon!

Does anyone know if UCD is taking ADN's as well? Or just BSN and MSN's?

Hi! Has anyone else who got an L&D interview last month heard back yet?

I know someone in my nursing program accepted one of the L&D positions for this round

It just depends on the unit and the hiring manager. Once you're routed, the hiring manager needs to go through all the applications that were routed and see who he or she wants to interview. I feel like some can take as little as a few days up to even a few weeks.

Thank you for this info! I'm on the same boat of waiting hopefully for an interview call

Hey! UC Davis only hires BSN and up.

That's not true btw. They prefer BSN/MSN but still do hire new grads with ADNs. Many people in my cohort last year graduated from sac city!

Hmm that's interesting. All employees I've asked said you have to have your BSN to work there. Do you know what floors hire ADNs? I just personally haven't seen any @ Davis so I'm curious!

I'm not sure off the top of my head, but there are definitely multiple units since at least 10 people in my cohort had ADNs only! You aren't required to put your degree on your badge so you can't really tell what degree someone has if their badge only says RN. With that, I will say they don't tend to hire experienced nurses with ADNs but they do hire new grad nurses with ADNs.

Has anyone found a link for the current (July 2022 - October 2025) contract that includes updated wage tables? The only one I can find has outdated wage tables, from 2018-2022.

Has anyone interviewed for the ORTP? Just received an interview invite and would love to chat about what to expect. Thanks all!
