Hi there! This is what I got in response to a similar question. 
The "under review" status indicates that it has been reviewed by HR and is pending being sent to departments for further review. To give you an idea of the timeline I am currently sending applications to departments for consideration for further review. You will begin hearing from departments starting at the end of April until mid-Junefor the July 31st Cohort and mid-September for our October 9th Cohort. You're welcome to reach out or use our HR portal as the quickest way to see the status of your application.

Ah OK! Thanks for the info, it just sucks that we won't know if we're being considered for July or September

late April ? I reached out to (MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME) mid May and she told me it was routed to ED.

I still haven't heard anything or received a call for an interview and I was routed to critical care ?
