Hi Guys,

Just stumbled on this forum and wanted to make a quick update. I got an interview offer on March 30th for an interview date of April 27, 2010. My last name starts with a "K" Weird thing is on SSC it says it's still under review so you will probably get an email first. Good luck to all!

For those of you wondering about your SSC status...it will only change after a final decision has been made (when you are accepted/declined). And I've been through this last year, so I sympathize with all of you. Good luck to all of you!

Just wanted to add from the input collected so far, the interview dates and letter of last name doesn't seem to correspond so not to fret everyone :)

Has anyone received a rejection letter yet? I thought we would all heard back by the end of the first week of April. I believe that last year they sent out rejection letter around the same time.... I tried calling the faculty but was always sent to the answer machine... I mean at least let me know that I didn't get in so I don't have to think about it...

I would just like to thank everyone who posted such positive and encouraging comments during all this time of waiting for a reply from UBC...

I just received an e-mail from UBC inviting me for an interview!

What is the last day of interviews? Also does anybody know when we get notified for acceptance or rejection into the faculty by?

I believe the last day will be April 30th, 2010. They haven't specified a date as to when they will release the admission decision though...
