UAMS summer 2017

Anyone on here applying to UAMS this year? I just took my TEAS last week! got an 80% transfer GPA between a 3.4-3.5 not 100% sure on that since they only take the prereqs. Has anyone had their interview yet? Im still waiting to hear about that. The waiting around is killing me!

I wouldn't be too worried about it. I was reading posts from the previous couple years before i made this thread and some of them didn't hear anything for a while! Some found out they were accepted through their GUS before they got their letters so I'd suggest she check that.

I seen in the past someone posted about a poll of how many applied / interviewed. Do you guys know anything about this?

I Just received my email to interview!! My interview is Friday March 17th at 230! the poll said I was the 130th candidate selected to interview so that's what the interview number is at as of right now!

I may have spoken to soon lol i just looked at it again now its up to 134

Im pretty sure their usual acceptance rate is 120 students...

Had the interview today and it went pretty well some of the questions caught me off guard though. He said that they have 180 applicants right now and will accept 112-115 😬

Yikes! Glad it went well for you! Any word on acceptance letters?? Or why some are finding it so early compared to others?

All he really said was that all letters should be send out by the first week of April and maybe some before that. He said it depends on when you interview.
