Anyone on here applying to UAMS this year? I just took my TEAS last week! got an 80% transfer GPA between a 3.4-3.5 not 100% sure on that since they only take the prereqs. Has anyone had their interview yet? Im still waiting to hear about that. The waiting around is killing me!

Can anyone give any information on the interview questions? I have mine March 10 and I have no idea what to expect!

They asked pretty basic interview questions. I'd just google "nursing school interview questions." And prepare! They ask like why you want to be a nurse, why did you choose their program, why do you deserve to be in the program, things like that! Be yourself! Don't stress! Good luck and congrats!

Mine were very general...asking for experiences that would reveal how well I would do in a hospital setting. GOOD LUCK ON YOUR INTERVIEW!

I havent seen one yet... I have been looking!

I finally logged onto GUS today and everything was taken off my to do list after i called and emailed AGAIN yesterday. They forgot one of my transcripts was under my maiden name and that was what was holding everything up! So if anyone on here is waiting on something like that don't feel bad "bothering" them. They have a ton of applications and its easy to get lost in the shuffle.

Hoping I hear back soon about an interview!

Luckily I am a medic in the AR air guard so I already have my BLS/CPR card.

Have you heard anything yet?? My daughter interviewed on Feb9th but still hasn't heard anything!

I know of a few who have heard back within a week of their interviews...I interviewed on the 24th and haven't heard anything. No word isn't necessarily bad I don't think. There are plenty of us still waiting as well.
