UAMS summer 2017

I had my interview on the 23rd and found an acceptance letter in my mailbox yesterday! Yay! I'm excited. I'm not sure what my gpa was but I had an 87% on TEAS.

That's awesome! Congrats on your acceptance! I didnt take my TEAS until Feb. 21st so I figured it would be a couple weeks before I'd get an interview. How long did it take between taking your TEAS and getting an interview scheduled?

Hey! I applied to UAMS as well! I had my interview on the 24th! My TEAS was a 73 and my GPA is a 3.6! I haven't received or heard back from them on acceptance or not yet...unfortunelty. I'm still super nervous and really would like to get into this program. Good luck to you!

How long after taking your TEAS were you contacted for your interview?

My GUS is still showing they haven't received my score and I am missing a transcript. I emailed and called last week and they said that they had received everything and it should be updated in the GUS soon but it hasn't been.

I'm the worst at waiting.

I took my TEAS on Feb 11th and I was emailed about the interview on the 17th! Thank you! I totally agree! I'm the worst at waiting too! If you don't see a change in your GUS to-do (basically your To-Do's will just disappear when they have received everything) by 5pm on Monday, I would call them again on Tuesday and make sure they have everything. Don't worry about bothering them by calling either, they understand this is stressful and that you just want to ensure that they have everything. I'm sure you'll get an interview!!

Thanks I hope so! I am currently a UCA student. I applied to both programs but I'd rather go to UAMS since its a shorter program and im already a JR. I will def. call again next week if my GUS doesn't change!

You're welcome! Your scores are great! I'm sure you got an interview! I attend UCA currently as well! I'm a sophomore. I've applied to UAMS, UCA, and Baptist. I'd rather attend UAMS as well! Praying everything works out for the both of us. (:

Can anyone give any information on the interview questions? I have mine March 10 and I have no idea what to expect!
