UAMS BSN Summer 2014

For anyone who has applied to the UAMS BSN program that begins in Summer 2014 or anyone who is currently in and/or has completed the program. I have applied and am currently going through the process. UAMS has contacted me for an interview next week. Does anyone have any insight on this? Or those who wish to just discuss the program or wait out the acceptance process feel free to join in.

Yes I did mine. It took roughly 5 days to get everything back. I went to labcorp in Little Rock.

We called about the drug screen and was told not to do it yet that they would tell us when. Has anyone else called and asked about it?

When did they tell you to wait? Did you recently speak with them or was this from when they initially sent letters out??

It was 2 or 3 days ago. All my finals were this week so it's been a little crazy for me. I just want to make sure I get everything done in time!

Yeah on the site it says new students aren't suppose to do it yet. I believe they y'all about it at orientation first or something like that.

Student services I didn't talk to Mrs. Kyle though. Have you called them?

No I haven't. I still don't see where they said do not do it. I only see on our checklist where it lists "missing" that we need to do before registration.

Oh well! If I have to do it again, I will. I'm used to spontaneous drug tests from the military lol!

Everything on my list still says missing! I hope they update it soon, because it would just make me feel better!

I had been emailing Samantha lambert back and forth to get my immunizations updated. For some reason she didn't recognize my immunizations because they didn't have a date on them??? Idk I've never had issues before! The only things missing on my list are background check/drug test (even though I did it), health insurance (even though I did that too) and the IT (the last one)

I'm on orders this week and next so that's why I tried to get everything done in one day!
