Just applied for the Summer 2016 AAS-RN program. Long wait until March to find out whether I am have been accepted or not. Thought I would get a thread started for this years applicants!
Good Morning Sabrina!
Yes I have been doing the same thing. Going back reading old threads. I also think some people got acceptance emails on April 1st and had a deadline of April 8th to accept or decline.
I am very ready to receive an email! It had been too long of a wait! I hope we all get that acceptance email and can't wait to meet everyone!
Regards,
Candace
Congratulations @rn715 mostly everyone on this thread is trying to become a nurse. Did you go through UALR's nursing program? And how is the nursing world? Was it everything you expected?
For everyone in the boat with me, it shouldn't be too much longer guys. We are closing the gap! Hopefully next week we can celebrate with @rn715 on our acceptance.
No, I went through a diploma program. Good luck to all of you! Nursing is a wonderful field to go into. I've done a little bit of everything and the good thing about nursing is that you have SO many options. You just have to find your niche. I've been an RN for awhile so I'm ready to do something new. My goal is to be an APN, so getting my BSN is the first step. Again, good luck!!! I've only heard good things about UALR's nursing program!

Good morning everybody,
this thread helps ease the anticipation, I always go back and read old threads to view the comments of when people started hearing something back. From the UALR 2015 Applicants everyone posted they received an email on April 14 2015 which was a Tuesday. So based on historical data, we may be in the same time frame. In 2014, people received notification by April 5th (however the EVOLVE Exam was a factor in the application process). I hope this helps and I cant wait until we get that Congratulations you've been accepted email.
Regards,
Sabrina
