UALR 2019 NURSING APPLICANTS

Hey y’all ! I wanted to start a forum for the 2019 applicants for UALRS nursing program! I have a 3.2 in my nursing prerequisites and a 2.8 gpa with the university! I have all prerequisites done except for Chem ( I am currently taking micro now, spring 2019) And I am hoping to get accepted into the accelerated program. I thought this forum would be useful for us to keep up with what’s going on as far as letters going out , and program requirements!

Does anyone knows if anyone came off wait list yet? Just checking .. hope to meet you guys soon! Good luck ?

Not yet, it looks like its 46 slots left for now. I'm checking it 6 or more times a day.

No one will no till classes are done this semester and we turn in our grades

How did you get a letter if you havent turned in your transcript for the semester yet?

Idk I got the email today and registered for my classes

Because we all are “conditionally admitted” no one has turned in their spring transcript yet. But based on current grades qualify for the program

I understand that but if you were put on the waitlist they usually dont accept students till after transcripts are turned in. I havent received a email yet and I'm on the waitlist. And if you get put on the waitlist then your email is not a acceptance letter it's essentially a denial till you turn in your spring transcript cause your taking a class that is required to get in or your GPA isnt there like mine is till I finish this class I am in.
