UA MEPN 2019

Hey guys I know we have months before the application due date but I have just recently decided that I am going to apply for UA's MEPN program. I'm currently finishing up microbiology and will finish off my prerequisites once I complete organic chemistry in the fall. I am extremely excited and also nervous to be applying. I still have to take the HESI so if you guys can offer any tips on how to prepare for it especially the vocab section that'd be great! Does anyone know how many apply vs are accepted and the stats of those who are usually accepted into the program? Also I'd greatly appreciate any insight on how the program is from students that have graduated from the program or current students of the program. Thanks!

I was accepted into UA Phoenix and was planning on looking for housing soon but I was wondering if anyone who also go into MEPN Phoenix was interested in living together or looking for a roommate?!

For anyone else still waiting I just called the grad school. So they go through them at a case by case basis which is why some people have gotten the acceptance and others have not. As far as high school transcript goes they said most often that’s waived and not to worry about somehow getting access to that. It’s mostly just a placeholder requirement. In my case he said someone was assigned to my application today and either way to not worry until mid week if you don’t hear back. Also they’ll contact you if they need more info from our end.

Anyone still has the gradapp status as required? The only thing that’s completed on mine is the fee that I’ve paid. Should I email Grad College to make sure that they’ve recieved all of my transcripts?

Mine has said processing since the 5th. As long as your transcripts were in your original application the grad school can pull them, so I doubt the issue is they don’t have them. You probably just have to wait but a quick 5 minute phone call to put your mind at ease is always worth it to me.

I got accepted to the Graduate College!! But to the Tucson campus which i’ve been trying to change to Phoenix because I was offered Phoenix and it is my preferred location. I called both colleges and they said they can’t change it until spots open up. I’m now happy and confused at the same time which campus I’m actually in...

Has anyone who has requested to change campus locations heard back? I’ve seen a few people who have gotten switched on Facebook but I haven’t heard anything ?
