Moved to the Nurse registration forum in world as an International student returning to the US you will still have to meet International requirements with the BON. Go to the state BON and look up requirements for those that trained outside the US. Most require CGFNS involvement so look at a processing time of 4-6 months before being allowed to sit NCLEX (if you meet eligibility)

Well, the first thing is that you aren't applying for the NCLEX, you're applying for licensure in a particular US state, and passing the NCLEX is (just) one step in that process. You need to figure out in which US state you want to be licensed (where you want to live and/or work), and then visit the website for that state's Board of Nursing (there is a link to all the US state BONs at the bottom of each page of this site). All the information and forms you need for how to apply as an internationally-educated new graduate should be on the state BON's website.
Best wishes for your journey!
