It's a great program! I won't lie, it's a difficult program. It takes up basically all of your time. However, I really do think it's preparing us to be good nurses (especially when compared to other programs in the area). I learn more in 2 weeks here than I did in a month of undergrad. And going back after being out of school for several years is rough. But the faculty and the other students really support each other.

OK great to hear!! I have heard some horror stories about other programs in the Phoenix area, so that is reassuring! I received my undergrad from UArizona, so I that helped mehave more faith in them and their program! Thank you for taking the time to respond!! Good luck with the remainder of the program!! Hopefully our paths will cross this year!! ?

Hi everyone, quick question!
So on your application from nursing cas does anyone app say what the cumulative GPA for the last 60 units is? Mine is just my overall because we had to enter our whole transcript in. I'm kind of freaking out LOL so if someone can let me know I would greatly appreciate it!!

I'm so glad you asked this, as I was wondering as well! Mine does not say my last 60, nor does it say my prereq GPA! I went through and calculated my own prereq GPA, but I wasn't sure how they'd calculate my last 60, as I think I read somewhere that if your 60 credits fell within a semester, they'd use all the credits that semester (so it could/would be your last 60+ credits)

My NursingCAS also does not show me my last 60 credit GPA, so I had to calculate it myself as well. Here is the link I used https://grad.arizona.edu/tools/gpacalculator/

Yes!! I got so nervous; was scared to even open it. But low and behold it was just an announcement/update email haha

I am curious to know if anyone knows what are creditonals would be (once were all accepted) and graduated from the program? Such as Mary Jane, RN or Mary Jane MS RN??
