Hello everyone,
Are you applying to Houston, Dallas traditional, or Dallas N&W? I am applying to TWU Dallas traditional in August for Spring 2021. Right now I am finishing up some nursing core classes and I plan on taking the TEAS over the Summer if corona virus allows it. I also have TWU preference points that helped my admission score a lot.
What is your admission score? As of Spring 2020 admissions, to calculate your admission score, you can use the Google spread sheet. Download the file to put in your classes and grades.

My advisor said that the competitive range is between 50 and 55 for Dallas traditional.
I just received my acceptance to the Houston campus. I will most likely be declining my position as I will be completing my BSN program at UTMB. Congratulations to those accepted, and if you are waitlisted please do not lose hope.
And for future applicants: I took all of my prerequisites at Lone Star College, but I will have a bachelors degree in Health (graduating December).
Prerequisite GPA: 3.4
TEAS: 87.3
Hello everyone,
My first time posting here although I have been lurking a bit LOL.
for the future applicants, I’ll leave this information here.
I was accepted to the houston program with 47 admission score. No twu preference since I didn’t attend there and no preference points for previous bachelors degree since this is my first degree.
TEAS: 84%. overall.
I would say just go ahead and give it a shot even if you happen to barely make the requirement in certain sections on TEAS (ex: I barely made the reading requirement with 66 points and the requirement was 64)
they seems to strictly go by the admission score and not individual sections such as GPAs or TEAS score. (Utilize their admission score worksheet. It helped a ton to see my chances of getting in). If you have admissions score above 45 I think you are good to get into the houston program.
thank you and good luck to everyone.
