Hi everybody!!! I just wanted to see if a previous thread for TWU Fall 2015 has been started,if not I wanted to start one. Is there anybody else planning to apply for this program? Also where is everybody at with TEAS testing and pre reqs??Any feedback is appreciated!!!

ACCEPTED FOR HOUSTON!!!! This was my second time applying and my stats went up this time around and I know that was something they really looked at. My stats were 3.65 Gpa and 79.5 teas score. Hang in there y'all!! Don't give up. To all who got accepted, congrats!

If you look at previous posts, you will see posted scores and who got in. I was accepted for fall 2015. My stats:

Prerequisites: 3.35

TEAS: 82

TWU bump: post- baccalaureate

I also raised my grades and my TEAS score, that may have helped. Also, I met with an advisor, I heard that usually plays in your favor. ☺

I got accepted to the Houston campus for Fall 2015. I'm SO excited!! Since people are asking for our stats, I'll give you mine.

Pre-req GPA: 3.82

TEAS: 79.8 -- I didn't finish 8 questions on the math section... thought I could use a calculator like on the HESI until the night before (my fault for failing to recognize this ahead of time). Luckily I have As in the 3 math classes I've taken in college to prove I'm good at math LOL

TWU bump: prior bachelors degree

Keep your heads up and don't give up, everyone! It might take a little bit of time but it will all be worth it in the end :)
