Hey guys, I know it's a little early, however, I decided to start this thread as the application process will be soon upon us.

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone knows what kind of test we will be taking on our orientation. I just read that in the new student packet and I'm freaking out looool

I do not think we will be taking any tests at orientation. I think we are bringing them just for downloading the software onto them. But, I cannot be sure as this is my first time too. =)

During J1 you will have clinical 1 day a week, and it might be on a Saturday or Sunday. For the first 6 weeks it is a clinical skills lab at school, and then it will be clinical at the hospital. You may get a weekday, it really depends on the availability the hospitals give them.

Does anyone know how many were accepted into the Dallas traditional program?

Is this for Houston? I don't remember seeing an option to pick Saturday or Sunday on the Dallas survey.

Previous TWU Nursing students: is the psych data form asking for preference of Saturday or Sunday because all clinicals are on Saturdays and Sundays?

I was told it was about 120 accepted to the Dallas program.

I did ask this question of the Dallas campus orientation and was told that we were not allowed to bring a guest because they do not have space.

Does anyone plan on giving up their spot at the Houston program or waiting to hear from a different program? I am number 1 on the waitlist and really hope a spot opens up:/
