Hey there. I plan on applying to TWUs N&W program in February for the Fall 2020 start. I just took my TEAS test today, my score was:
Overall: 85.3%
Reading: 87.2%
Math: 96.9%
Science: 74.5%
English: 83.3%
I'm not happy with my science score, but I also haven't taken A&P II or Chemistry yet, just A&P I. I plan on retaking the TEAS in December.
I have a 3.85 science core GPA (one B in A&P I) and 3.81 prereq GPA. that gives me a 45.56 admission score, which probably won't cut it. I can't retake A&P I in time, so my only hope is a higher TEAS score.
Who else is applying for Fall 2020? Are you applying to Houston, Dallas Traditional, or Dallas N&W?

You can get everything done at CVS, just check online and make sure your particular location offers vaccine and titers. I got all mine done in one go and it was super convenient!

As long as you start it now you will be fine to have the 3 dose series done before clinicals start. Kelsey Seybold offers the fast track 2 dose series that only take 2 months: get your first shot, wait 4 weeks, get second shot, wait 4 weeks and then get titers done.

I work full time and would like to spread out my class load if possible so I have time to study adequately for both classes (pathophysiology and pharmacology). Both of these classes are content heavy.

I believe your acceptance for admission, the questionaire anout clinical placement and maybe something else? The acceptance packet they send should have details! Also make sure you join your groups facebook page! Alot of people will stop looking at Allnurses after they've been accepted

Thanks for the info!

sorry, trying to remember 6 months back! We for sure had a deadline on the acceptance form that was before orientation. For my orientation, we had to submit a clinical data information form (basically what our address was and if we preferred days/nights, weekdays/weekends), pay for the SurScan stuff and I think set an appointment for the fingerprints. HOWEVER with allllll of this craziness with COVID, alot of those things could be delayed for y'all, so don't freak out if it is different from what I listed. I believe one of the very first pages of the acceptance packed has a list of things you need to have done by orientation day! When is y'alls orientation scheduled for?
