hi all,
i keep hearing rumors that florida hospital or orhs are offering tuition assistance in exchange for a few years employment with them. however, i can't seem to find anything about this on either of their websites. are there any hospitals in the orlando area that might do this?
thanks!

Best thing to do is call and speak with a nurse recruiter.

Yep, it is true that they do offer assistance if you agree to work for them for "x" number of months. Check w/ your college they should have all that info. or you can go to the HR dept. and speak w/ someone. Health Central also has this program and there HR dept is very helpful...
FYI they will tend to ingnore you until you have been accepted into a nursing program...just my 2 cents
Good Luck

Does that work for out of state schools if relocating to Florida in one year?
In this case look for loan payoff of some type. The other option is a lot of places have signing bonuses, you can always use that to pay off tuiton or loans.
