Tufts Medical Center Nursing Residency

Hello! I am currently a nursing student about to graduate in May 2022. I was applying to new graduate residencies, and recently scored an on-demand interview with Tufts Medical Center. I have no idea about this hospital, I am honestly just interested in living in Boston for a few years. I have applied to MGH and Brigham, but no responses from them as of yet.

I don't see many posts about Tufts on here or any community led sites, so I thought I would make my own.

Questions:

-Can anyone provide any insight as to what Tuft's Novel Nurse program is like? If you get in are you guaranteed an RN staff job after completing the program?

-Do nurses even like working at Tufts? Can anyone speak to the hourly wage at Tufts?

In the event I do get the job, I have already secured a job offer at Mayo Clinic...but alas, Minnesota is not that attractive a state. But if culture/environment/nursing life at Tufts isn't that great, I would appreciate dodging a bullet like that.
