Trying to apply for CPNE, page goes blank after doc upload

Contact EC and speak to someone about this problem. They will most likely allow you to submit a paper app by mail. They used to accept paper apps as well as the online version. Don't know if they still do.

I've been trying for 2 days to do the online application and I get to the point of uploading the documents (all in .tif form btw) and after I click 'continue' the page goes blank! I have no problem w my internet connection or the comp itself!! FRUSTRATED....HELP!

I have Windows Vista, and when I scanned all of my documents, they were put in jpg format, and they did take few minutes to download w/wifi a home, but not too long. What web browser are you using? Sometimes, Firefox works better for me than Internet Explorer or Google Chrome when it comes to Excelsior, especially when it comes to online chat. I wonder if switching to a gif or jpg format would help too? Those are my only ideas, sorry! I know that must be so frustrating to be at that stage and not be able to get the app in! Good luck!!

Wow! They haven't fixrd that yet? I called the area that handled my testing site and she took care of it for me. (SMH) Some things never change.

For a nominal fee, you can send the application package by overnight delivery and will have a delivery confirmation.
