trigger finger

Featured Replies

My sister has trigger finger in both her thumbs. I thought it was funny when she was diagnosed. But I realized it was an abnormailty in the bones. She is in school to become a dentist and she says that writing has become painful to her but she will not give up.

My mom just had surgery for trigger thumb. She's been a nurse (now nurse practioner) for years...maybe its similar to carpel tunner with the repetative motion thing? Honestly, i really know nothing about it, i'm a bad daughter!

My husband who is a computer programmer has had one trigger surgically repaired and now has a second one and is planning on having that one repaired as well. He had total recovery and full range of motion after the repair.
