i am a nursing student that it interested in traveling. how much experience would you reccommend before heading out into the traveling world?

Do travel companies want you to have ADN or BSN experience - ie do I have to have my BSN, and does any experience with ADN count?

Makes no difference whether you have ADN or BSN.

Most travel companies require a minimum of 1 year experience in your specialty to consider you for a travel position. In some areas like critical care, they want you to have at least 2 years of experience.
