Hello all,
Ever since I can remember (Lets say 8 years ago!!) I have wanted to go to Saudi Arabia to do nursing! This is a big part of why I am going to Nursing School now, so I can eventually live my dream and travel there for a bit. Has anyone here had this opportunity and if so, what was it like?? Any Info or anything else worth sharing would be appreciated!!

Thread moved to International Forum where it is more appropriate.
Most of the better agencies that service Saudi Arabia will require that you have two years of experience in the US, or another country, as an RN. This is pretty much toe same requirement even to do a travel assignment in the US. You will find those that do not want any, or just a year, but you will see much better offers with the two years of experience.
You usually cannot begin the immigration process, even for a temporary visa to work in that country until they have completed school here and have a completed set of transcripts. And then nothing is immediate. Even for a foreign nurse to come to the US, it is more than a year at the very earliest to meet all requirements and have the visa in hand.
There are already several threads on this forum about working in Saudi Arabia. Just do a search and you can easily find them.
Best of luck to you.:balloons:
