Travel Nursing Agencies

Trying to determine the best Travel RN company. Am thinking of traveling for a while but don't know where to start. Anyone have any advice/agency names. Thanks!

There are a ton of agencies out there - Working for someone that makes you happy to do so depends on 2 things. First that they have to offer what you want...so think about what you need from a travel company and then see which ones can offer you what you need. The second thing is the recruiter that you work for....this is the person that will be going to bat for you. You need them to be someone that you can trust and respect.

I hear good things about Novapro, Liquid Agents, and On Assignment.

Onward HealthCare is the agency I'm with. My recruter is great, she is there every step of the way. Watch out for agency's that take housing out of the "package pay". Housing should be free--mine is. It's on top of my hourly pay. Good luck and have fun (as well as work, of course.)

Angel, you make OHC sound pretty good. Is there a recruiter there that you would recommend? Do they offer a referral bonus? If yes would you like me to give them your name?
