I used SG101 notes and the EXCELSIOR PRACTICE EXAMS! AGAIN EXCELSIOR PRACTICE EXAMS. Very resourceful

Hi! I just passed this test with a B this past week. I read on other threads there's a lot of memorization needed and not much application. Just make sure you know different influences on nursing, nursing delivery options, and leadership styles. The test was very LONG for me. I think the practice test would've helped immensely. Others have raved about he practice test.

I used studygroup101 also. I then used the Quizlet app to make my own flashcards so u can study on my phone. This was very helpful. Good luck!

I take test Monday..nursing delivery options?

follow the content guide - it tells you what you need to focus on.

A good approach is to focus on each area in the content guide......but not too much on reimbursement. Make sure you know how nursing care should be applied in certain circumstances/different units. I'm not sure if each exam is exactly the same.

Thanks for the info!!! Does anyone know if they are real specific on the dates of the wars and things like that? ive been studying the theorist and all the important names and what they are associated with but I am not focusing too much on the years.. im really nervous, this is the first ec exam I have taken. any tips or comments would be so helpful!!!!!!!

Sharing test content is a violation of EC academic honesty policies, and can get students dismissed from the program. Just FYI -- please be careful about asking for specifics. Thanks! :)

sorry... was not trying to get specifics of the test just seeing how others studied for it...

Did you take the EC practice exams? Those will give you a pretty good idea of the typical exam.

Just took form A tonight. I def see where my weak areas are and am focusing on those. I am hoping by taking both A and B practice exams will lead me in the right direction of where to focus my studying.

I take it Friday! Good luck!
