Does anyone have ANY information on being able to transfer bsn nursing credits into a new program? at a new school? or has anyone does this before? I've looked into other schools in the chicago area and most say they wont accept, anyone know any other states or cities that would?

Nursing classes very rarely transfer between nursing schools because they are nursing "programs" which means that the program contains a set of classes whose content is formatted to that school. For example, one school may have a separate medical terminology and pharm classes and another school may integrate medical terminology and pharm into each course. Both satisfy the state's BON requirements but probably wont transfer between schools.

Our school takes up to 15 nursing transfer hours.

Your only useful answer is this: You will have to call a few schools to which you would like to transfer and ask them what they require.

(I am assuming you're not transferring because you flunked out or got kicked out for some sort of malfeasance. This would make transferring anywhere very difficult indeed, if not impossible.)
