Hi guys, I just want to ask if voluntary training without pay count as experience when applying abroad.

No, it does not. It is training, and you are not doing it on your own. You still have supervision. This is what we are trying to explain, training without actual work experience in that area, whether paid or volunteer, just does not count.

no. why it doesn't count? because you are just a volunteer, you are not in the payroll. i will suggest that you should find a job that actually pays you, and help you get an experience for your own sake. get your feet in the water first, if you know what i mean?. don't rush to work abroad because it is not easy. trust us, we know what we are talking about. good luck to you.

but how can we have job experiences if the hospitals here are not hiring. i tried to apply in a lot of hospital 2 mos ago but still no reply. i heard almost all the hospitals are on "freeze hiring"..

NO. "experience" means work experience.
The training that you did in school does not count, and this is the same.

You mean like do what we say (don't go abroad) and not as we did (go abroad) "trust us?" Yeah. Right.
