TPAPN - New COC forms?

I am confused as I received a big stack of COC forms from Affinity (in Tpapn we use Quest through recovery trek). I have not heard from my case manager or anyone about a change in testing sites coming. Did anyone else get new forms?

You add your meetings in through the calander. They have an add a meeting button. It's easy but if you wait till the last minute can be a pain to add them all in.

I don't understand this site. It's telling me I have quarterly reports do every two months when it's three months. Shows I have one due September 30 when I just did one on August 7. Added things to the calendar but can't see them listed. Crappy compared to Recovery Trek.

Hi, If you are in the Texas (TPAPN), we received new COC forms for a new Daily Testing system, instead of Recovery Trek we use Spectrum 360. We can still use Quest Labs, you just need to use the new forms if you are required to test that day. Don't use the old COC's, Spectrum suggested I throw them away. I hope this is helpful.
