hi, i took the nln and got a 124 composite score and scored for the type of school i am applying to at a 85% percentile.
i called the school today to see what is going on, and they told me that the committee would meet in a week or two, ooch. my math score was low, and my verbal and science were exceptionally high. i was told that i may get a call for an interview but that my math score may or may not prevent that call.
i am so worried, this is the only school beth israel in which i have an application. anyone out there with similar experiences? i said i would not think about it, but it turns out that this is almost impossible to do. looking forward to your experiences and opinions.

Hey I'm in the same boat The school that I have applied to said that there's no pass or fail for the TEAS test that I took, it was only part of the decision making. I did really well in English and reading, Okay in science and bad in math and I'm assuming that they would look more so at how you did in the math and science. Just as you said it's hard to try and not think of it, but I try to stay positive.

thank you so much for your vote of confidence, it really does make me feel a little more optimistic. i greatly appreciate it. :thankya::thankya::thankya:
You should be optimistic, you did great on that exam. Keep thinking good positive and prepare yourself for your journey becoming a nurse.
And when you get accepted send some good luck my way...hehehe

I got a 128 composite score 89% and have a low math score several years ago. I got the Hillman Scholarship a back then, so don't fret too much about your score.

Romie,
How did you find the program at Beth Israel?
Mario,
Fingers still crossed for you. Let me know as soon as you hear something.
I loved BI! The comraderie was great-- the small feel of the school made it feel like a family. I felt like most of the students really wanted each other to succeed. Most of the students were 2nd degree students. Only 2 or 3 highschool kids. The level of the instruction was very intense and the nursing courses were team taught. Overall, a really great program.
Thanks Romie, I can't wait to start in the Fall.
Did you do the 2 year program or ATOP?
