I'm freaking out. I took the state test this morning and felt very comfortable with all my skills, then realized I forgot to wet my hands before applying soap:banghead: The soap at the testing site is very foamy and watery, and I was able to lather and wash the required way and time, but on the checklist it says wet hands and apply soap. What a ridiculous thing to do, I'm sooo upset with myself and know have to wait days before finding out if I failed that part. What do you guys think, would this cause me to fail?

Thanks Sonomala, I guess it's just a waiting game now, and out of my hands. I let you guys know the outcome soon enough. Worst case senerio, retest.

If thats the only mistake you made,I dont see that failing you.

That wasn't one of the steps you can't miss- and you need an 80 or better on each skill I believe. Handwashing has 10 steps if I remember correctly, so missing one if that's the only one should be OK.
