I have to pass this really basic math test before they will let me administer meds. I got this book called calculate with confidence. It feels like a 3rd grade math book. I don't think I can take it. H/V=D/G is the basic formula for meds right? That is what I used on the test, but I missed a few too many. One question in particular it may have just been the wording. I read it like 10 times and didn't comprehend what they were asking. It was a solution of meds in water and I needed a specific amount. I can't remember why I found it confusing. I only missed 3 questions, but its not good enough for my school. Where can I find the proper way to do very basic med conversions. grams to oz, kg to lbs, ml to liters, etc?

Conversions are hard at first. You'll get it, don't worry.
You're very welcome glad I could help!!!!

Conversions are memorization. You need to know the formulas, for me it got easier after that one because then you had to work stuff out.

Thanks for all the help. I passed on the second try. I'm such a careless math person, but it was mostly a wording issue.
