I walked out of NCLEX yesterday crying! I studied and still felt like I wasn't prepared! I have heard of all the tricks but I don't want to risk the $200 to register again. My class mate said the BON told her, if the GVN licence is still posted the next day, you passed. She said they would have taken it off because they don't want you to practice unsafe, which makes sense. I wanted to know if anyone has heard of that as well.

I don't know your State's particular practice, but it's pretty common to have a permit or interim license pulled the moment you take the exam. If you passed, it's replaced with a license. If you failed, the interim is invalid as well. So they are usually revoked simply because you took the NCLEX.
Good luck!
