I'm just curious b/c i've never taken the exam I"m still in my pre-clinical phase. What do you guys mean when they cut you off at 85? If the higher the number is for the cut off.. is it bad? Does that mean you have a lot of wrong answers that's why they're giving you more questions so you can get more right? I"m just curious.
Thanks!
Also do you guys know of any private LPN schools in NYC?
Best of luck to you. I took mine today and was also amazed at how "unprepared" I felt when I left there. I felt like I knew absolutley nothing. Mine cut off at 85 as well. However, I came home and checked the 3 meds I could remember (my brain is in a fog) and I got all three of them wrong....so that is not a good sign. Hopefully the "trick" really works & you passed...I can't bring myself to try it!

Well, I took the NCLEX-PN today and WOW...it was harder than I thought it was going to be! Very challenging questions. But it cut me off at 85, which is the minimum so I guess that's a good sign. Keeping my fingers crossed and will be sitting on pins and needles until I get my results!!!
I felt so sorry for one of my classmates....she had to go all the way to 205 questions. She is so worried. I felt awful for her.
So...it's a good sign that I cut off at 85 right?
