I have read many of the postings here while in nursing school and while studying for my nclex. You have all encouraged me so much...
Ok, so I took my nclex yesterday, felt fine but now I am not sure what to think. I did not have many sata maybe 10 at the most, but had many priority, delegation, and assignment questions. I got shut off at 156. I feel like I am about to cry but I do not want to, I just refuse. What are your thoughts please? I felt confident about the questions, many people said I should feel nervous but I studied. I was not sure about a few but I felt ok. Please help, please.... Thank you

The type of question is irrelevant. Questions of all types are written both above and below the passing standard. What matters is whether you correctly answered those above passing standard. It's perfectly normal to be nervous- this is a life-changing test. Take some time for yourself- meet with friends, have a spa day, do something you haven't done in a while due to school and studying. Let NCLEX take a back seat and concentrate on you. Then, when the official results are available, go from there.
