Good luck! You probably passed! Virtually nobody leaves the test center seriously thinking that they passed.
This examination is designed so that the vast majority of students answer only 50 percent of the questions correctly. This test works like a balancing beam: if you answer questions correctly, the computer throws progressively harder questions right back at you. If you miss questions, the computer spits out questions that it deems to be 'easy.' Therefore, very few people leave the test center feeling absolutely certain that they passed.
Again, good luck!
Congratulations!!!

I think out of all 85 questions, I knew 3. I reviewed on Saunders and Lippincott, and the NCLEX is not even close to the style of questions, except that they teach you how to read the questions.
Why I think I failed? Almost 15 drug questions, and not one single calculations question. Of all the drug questions, I knew 1 drug. I was so disturbed when it stopped at 85. I was so upset that I just stared at the computer screen. I wanted it to go longer. I wanted to scream at the computer. :Crash: "Just give me a chance, I know the answers." "I'll make a great nurse."
Luckly or not so lucky, I will know my results on Saturday night.
