Took NCLEX on friday at 2pm got 265 questions and bad pop-up

Hi all! I took the nclex for the first time and got 265 questions. I took it on friday at 2pm here in California and we don't have quick results. I tried the PVT using a visa card with no funds on it and it said card was "declined". Does this mean I fail? Due to the weekend, how long should it take for them to process my information? Some people I know were able to see their names on the BON website as RNs after 48 hours. I'm freaking out!
