Took NCLEX Friday June 19 and didn’t pass

I didn’t pass for second time, last year I took it and now I did so a year gap between the two exams for NCLEX RN and I’m so lost because the NCLEX wasn’t all covered by UWorld or mark klemick IDK any tips how to study because I feel like I know content or maybe I rushed IDK what to do now?

I wouldn’t count the first time because I was really unprepared and just winged it IDK what I was thinking but this time I was prepared I feel like but IDK it didn’t help I guess

If you are using the Mark Klimek audio that was posted on Youtube or other sites don't use it. Some of the material is outdated. I used UWorld also but I think the board questions were more like the NCSBN review course.

Do u recommend me getting that or studying Saunders? IDK some material was not familiar and some wasn’t m so lost, if I messed up one area and other areas good then that’s horrible

Saunders is hefty material, but is good for learning content. But the thing with NCLEX is that you need to be able to think critically even if you don't know the content of the question. (ABCs, prioritization, basic safety, etc).

use Saunders if you've been out of school for too long. everything you need is on that book. then you can buy your reviewer to test your knowledge. La charity is good for priority.
