Took My NCLEX today...

I took my NCLEX today and only had 75 questions, in which the last one I know I got right! I have 14 SATA, 20 plus drug questions, and A TON of prioritizing. Im not sure how to feel. I felt like I was guessing the entire time! UGH How long does it usually take for the PEARSON TRICK to work; same day? I feel like I failed but so does everyone else once there done I guess. :confused:
