You get the grades right away as soon as you are done, as for the Bio - easy! ha hardly anything came from the study guide! I had to pull Bio from years of memory to rock that out. Be prepared, studying for this test days in advance or even a week or 2 is NOT enough. As for the reading, correct, too much and too many same answers, tricky. I managed to do pretty well, good luck to everyone sitting!
Hello all!So, I took the hesi a2 yesterday and just wanted to give my thoughts and tips. So, here it is! if you have any questions feel free to ask! :)
I recommend that you take the longer ones first, because by the end you'll be exhausted. I took math first but definitely recommend taking reading first.
Math: The math was by far the easiest portion of the exam. I scored in the high 80's
Reading: The reading was harder than I expected it to be. The answer choices were very close, so read carefully. The passages were really short.
Grammar: this was super easy. You could basically know the right answer by the way the sentences sounded.
Vocab: Was definitely easier than I thought. I would recommend buying the hesi a2 study guide because majority of the words were from the study guide.
Bio: the easiest part of the sciences.
Chemistry: By far the hardest portion of the test. I cannot even tell you what was on it. It was such a blur. I scored in the low 60's, and got an A in my chemistry course. It was very difficult.
A&P: very random. again this was at the end of the test, so it was kind of a blur. Just review anatomy notes.
and that's it!
It's not as hard as I thought it would be. Just take a deep breath and take your time. You all will do great :)
