To those who have taken both exams, w/c is harder: NLE or NCLEX?

hi! just want to hear from both sides of the coin whether which one is harder, the local board or nclex? some says nclex is easier than NLE because there is no community health nursing in the exam but some says NCLEX is harder because it's more on application.geez, i'm confused.

for me, nle would be hard if you dont understand the content..nclex would be hard if you dont know the content and test taking strategies..something like that..
